After receiving the genset, follow these steps:

Prepare site: Place on a flat, well-ventilated, dry area away from flammables.

Fill fluids: Add engine oil, diesel, and coolant as per manual (no fluids from factory).

Connect battery: Tighten terminals and check electrical connections.

No-load test: Start the genset, check voltage, frequency, and oil pressure.

Load test: Gradually apply 50–75% load for 30 minutes. Stop if any abnormality occurs. Contact us for support.

Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

Coverage includes:

Major components: engine, alternator, and control panel.

Exclusions:

Normal wear parts (filters, oil, spark plugs).

Damage due to improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

We also offer extended warranty plans (up to 5 years) and optional on-site service packages. Please refer to your final sales contract for exact terms. Our warranty is backed by a global service network.

Our standard payment terms are: 30% T/T in advance as a deposit, and 70% T/T balance paid before shipment.

Once we receive your deposit, we start production immediately. After the genset passes our factory testing and quality inspection, we will notify you to arrange the 70% balance payment. Upon confirmation of receipt, we release the shipment within 3–5 working days.

We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders. All bank charges are borne by the buyer. These terms are negotiable for long-term partners or high-volume contracts. Please feel free to discuss your specific needs with us.
